Getting Here

Finding Our Table can take a little extra guidance. While our address is 77 Charter Avenue, Suite 100, the entrances to Our Table and Hungry Heart Café are on East Drive, just around the corner.

If you’re using a map app, search “Hungry Heart Café” or “Avalon Food Hub” to find us. Once you arrive, follow the directions below to find the entrance on East Drive.

 

By Bus

Metrobus Route 2 travels along Charter Avenue, with stops in both directions directly in front of the building at 77 Charter Ave.

Route 2 is an accessible route and part of Metrobus’ ZIP network. It connects:

  • Pleasantville with the Avalon Mall via Elizabeth Ave (one direction)

  • Pleasantville with the Village Mall and downtown (the other direction)

After getting off the bus, walk around the corner to East Drive. Our entrance is beside Hungry Heart Café.

You can find route maps and schedules on the Metrobus website. Many people also use the Go Bus for door-to-door accessible service.

On Foot

Our Table is close to the Virginia River Trail, a well-used walking path in the city.

  • Heading south on the trail connects you to Quidi Vidi Lake

  • Heading north takes you toward Airport Heights

The trail crosses both Churchill Avenue and Charter Avenue, making it easy to access Our table from nearby neighbourhoods. From Charter Avenue, walk around the corner to East Drive.

By Car

Parking is available in the gravel lot on East Drive across from our entrance. Additional parking is available on surrounding streets.

Please do not park behind the building unless you need a Blue Zone (accessible) space.

By Bike

Bike racks are not yet available on site, but we hope to install them in the spring.

In the meantime, there are a few spots around the building where bikes can be safely secured.
